Políticas de Cancelación:

*Para reservar el servicio de buceo ( tour o curso) solicitamos 50%

de depósito en adelanto.

* 5 Días antes del servicio de buceo ( tour o curso) solicitamos

100% de depósito en adelanto.

*Las cancelaciones con 8 días de anticipación antes de la fecha

reservada o más se devuelve el 100% del depósito.

*Cancelaciones de entre 7 a 5 días de anticipación antes de la fecha

reservada se devuelve el 50% del depósito.

*Cancelaciones con 4 Días o menos no hay devolución del

depósito. Esperando la comprensión ya que el buceo es una

actividad que requiere una operación y logística muy específica y

delicada.

* Si las condiciones climatológicas no permiten realizar el tour de

buceo, se le da al cliente la opción de reprogramar o bien si el

cliente no tiene otra opción de tiempo para realizar el tour se le

devuelve el 100% del depósito. Nos reservamos el derecho de

cancelar el tour por condiciones climatológicas inclusive el mismo

día de la actividad tomando en cuenta que para nosotros la

seguridad de los pasajeros y la tripulación siempre estará primero.

* No hay rembolso por no presentarse

 

 

 

Cancellation Policies:

*To reserve the diving service (tour or course), we require a 50%

deposit in advance.

*5 days before the diving service (tour or course), we require 100%

of the deposit in advance.

*Cancellations made 8 days or more before the reserved date will

receive a 100% refund of the deposit.

*Cancellations made between 7 to 5 days before the reserved date

will receive a 50% refund of the deposit.

*Cancellations made 4 days or less before the reserved date will

not receive a refund of the deposit. We ask for your understanding

as diving is an activity that requires very specific and delicate

operations and logistics.

*If weather conditions do not allow the diving tour to take place,

the client will have the option to reschedule, or if they are unable

to reschedule, they will receive a 100% refund of the deposit. We

reserve the right to cancel the tour due to weather conditions,

even on the same day of the activity, as the safety of our passengers

and crew is always our top priority.

*Please be on time, there are no refunds for no-shows.
